Accenture México is seeking a Network Engineer to deepen expertise in Network Engineering Planning and Deployment Solution and drive reliable production services in line with SLAs. You will work independently and grow into a subject matter expert while contributing effective solutions to everyday challenges.

You will ensure production systems are available, drive incident resolution with clear communication, support disaster recovery procedures, and maintain data retention practices in alignment

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Intermediate proficiency in Network Engineering Planning & Deployment Solution.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in related skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure production systems are available and operating per defined SLAs.
• Drive incident and outage resolution with clear and timely communication.
• Facilitate restoration of service to the production environment efficiently.
• Establish and maintain disaster recovery procedures to safeguard operations.
• Maintain data retention practices in alignment with organizational standards.
