A leading global financial services organization in Mexico City is seeking an experienced Network Endpoint Connectivity SME to manage global networks, including wired and wireless connections for branches and ATMs. The ideal candidate should have experience in Agile methodologies and be able to adapt priorities while keeping the customer at the forefront. Role Purpose:

Our technology teams in India work closely with HSBC’s global businesses to help design and build digital services that allow our millions of customers around the world, to bank quickly, simply and securely. We also run and manage our IT infrastructure, data centres and core banking systems that power the world’s leading international bank.

Our multi-disciplined teams include DevOps engineers, IT architects, front and back-end developers, infrastructure specialists, cyber experts, as well as project and programme managers.

Following extensive investment across our Technology and Digital domains and with plans for continued expansion throughout 2021 and beyond, we are currently seeking Senior Consultant Specialist to join HSBC Technology.

Main Activities

• Connectivity Services, Network Endpoint Connectivity (NEC) domain manages Global networks which includes.
• Branch and Campus wired and wireless networks.
• Domestic Network Connectivity, including remote ATMs.
• Global Access Network (International MPLS backbone), including overlay SD-WAN.
• NEC has recently adopted agile ways of working, with full autonomy in driving their backlog priorities in support of our multi-year Technology strategy. Therefore, the candidate is expected to have experience in Agile principles and feel empowered to make decisions and adapt as and when priorities change with customer at the heart of all decision making.
