Amazon Mexa Fulfillment Experience (FX) team seeks a PM who can design and optimize network topology to enable next-day delivery. You will own the analytical backbone for capacity planning, lane activations, and volume rebalancing, collaborating with Ops, Transportation, and Last-Mile teams.

Responsibilities include running what-if scenarios, building capacity models, and presenting data-backed design roadmaps to senior leadership, with a focus on speed, cost, and reliability.

Formación

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics.
• Fluent English (speak, write, read).
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsabilidades

• Design and evaluate network topology scenarios using data-driven models to optimize speed, cost, and capacity tradeoffs.
• Own the analytical pipeline for middle-mile network planning: build capacity models, run what-if simulations, and produce recommendations for lane activations and rebalancing.
• Develop and track delivery speed improvement plans with month-over-month targets and root-cause analyses.
• Partner with Operations, Transportation, and Last-Mile teams to validate designs against real-world constraints.
• Present network design recommendations to senior leadership with data-backed logic and roadmaps.
• Monitor network performance post-implementation and iterate designs based on actual volume flow and speed outcomes.
