Role Objective:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to oversee projects with regional IT teams and the global IT organization. This role is crucial for managing technical and organizational transformation projects within the region. The Network & Cybersecurity Project Manager (F/H/X), within the Shared Service team in the Network & Cybersecurity division, will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing projects related to telecom, network, and security.

Requirements:

Responsibilities and Job Functions:

1. Planning and Project Management: Define objectives, deadlines, risks, and budgets for telecom, network, and cybersecurity projects. Coordinate technical teams and monitor projects until completion.
2. Agile Methodology: Lead the project team in utilizing basic Kanban agile methods to manage and prioritize workload. Facilitate regular agile meetings and contribute to the agile process.
3. Change Management: Define change organization and planning with stakeholders, ensure compliance with change processes, and present changes to the Change Advisory Board (CAB).
4. Integration Management: Lead technical changes, possibly during off-hours, ensuring seamless integration with minimal disruption.
5. Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment within the team, with regional and global teams (e.g., Project Portfolio Manager, Project Management Officer).
6. Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports on project performance and key metrics, maintaining transparency and accountability.
7. Technology Watch: Stay informed of latest trends and threats in cybersecurity.

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience managing telecom, network, and cybersecurity projects in an Agile environment, preferably in a multinational organization.
• Qualifications in Agile, Prince2, or other project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in English.
