Confie is seeking an IT Network Specialist to join our team in Tijuana. You will maintain a reliable, secure network, monitor performance, and resolve issues across our complex global network, focusing on Cisco routing and switching, MPLS and SD-WAN.

Responsibilities include configuring Cisco devices, documenting changes, coordinating after-hours maintenance, and managing outsourced vendors while delivering multiple projects on time. Fluency in English is required.

Formación

• Hands-on network experience with deployment, troubleshooting and monitoring of networks.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco technologies and routing/switching
• Experience with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds and SLR logs would be a plus

Responsabilidades

• Maintain network SLA standards and troubleshoot tickets.
• Configure Cisco devices (Routers, Switches, ASA) from scratch and deploy networks.
• Create and maintain documentation for all network systems and changes.
• Plan and execute after-hours network maintenance with minimal business impact.
• Manage outsourced network support vendors.
• Deliver multiple projects within deadlines and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies and procedures.
