Application Development

What You'll Do

Design, develop, and maintain scalable back-end services, APIs, and integrations using .NET and Azure technologies.

Architect, build, and optimize mission-critical systems that support high-scale, multi-region, always-on environments.

Design, deploy, and manage MCP servers while developing agentic workflows to support AI-driven solutions.

Implement observability solutions, including logging, monitoring, metrics, and distributed tracing.

Optimize application, database, and cloud resource performance with a focus on scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Support operational readiness through planning, troubleshooting, incident response, and system maintenance activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions, architecture decisions, and engineering best practices.

Produce and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, runbooks, and architecture guidelines.

What You'll Bring

Expert-level experience with C#/.NET development, including Web API and Azure Functions.

Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, concurrency patterns, and dependency injection.

Hands-on experience building Azure-native applications and cloud-based architectures.

Expertise with Azure Service Bus, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and Azure Storage services.

Experience designing and managing MCP servers and developing agentic AI workflows.

Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and AI platforms such as GitHub Copilot and Azure-based or AWS-based AI services.

Strong knowledge of observability and monitoring tools, including OpenTelemetry, Serilog, Azure Monitor, and KQL.

Solid understanding of modern authentication, authorization, and cloud security practices.

Experience supporting highly available, multi-region systems with a focus on resiliency, failover, and disaster recovery strategies.

A metrics-driven engineering mindset with the ability to balance performance, scalability, reliability, and cost.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to create clear technical documentation.

Experience working in regulated environments and familiarity with advanced distributed systems and queue orchestration patterns is a plus.
