Improving South America seeks a highly skilled Back-End Engineer to design, build, and optimize mission-critical backend systems in a modern Azure- and .NET-based environment. This role targets complex, high-scale architectures and emphasizes robust observability, security, and cost efficiency.

You will develop back-end services, deploy MCP servers, and implement AI-assisted workflows while leveraging Azure services, REST APIs, and modern best practices.

Formación

• Proficient in back-end and cloud development.
• Experience with Azure-native apps incl. Service Bus, Cosmos DB, SQL, Storage.
• Strong observability with OpenTelemetry and Serilog.
• Knowledge of authentication (Auth0, OIDC/OAuth2) and Managed Identity.
• Experience with multi-region, always-on systems and performance tuning.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain back-end services and integrations, REST APIs, Azure services.
• Design, deploy, and manage MCP servers while developing agentic workflows
• Implement observability with logging, metrics, tracing with OpenTelemetry and Serilog
• Optimize app and database performance for scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency
• Participate in planning, troubleshooting, and operational readiness for always-on, multi-region systems
