.NET Backend Developer (Remote - Mexico Only)

About the Role

Join our Incentives Development team as a Software Developer, contributing to our web-based Incentives platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable features and deliver excellent user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine features supporting client success and platform growth
• Collaborate with team members and share knowledge
• Utilize modern tools and open-source technologies
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize code

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• At least 3 years of professional experience
• Strong knowledge of software design principles and OOP
• Proficiency in React, Redux, .NET or Java, and TypeScript
• Experience with REST APIs and single-page applications
• Good communication skills and English proficiency (B2 or higher)
