As a Nanofabrication Specialist, you will support thin-film processing, microfabrication, nanofabrication, and device development activities through the operation and maintenance of fabrication infrastructure.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Operate and maintain nanofabrication equipment, with a focus on, but not limited to, the following: Sputtering System, Mask Aligner, and Wire Bonder.
Train students, researchers, faculty, industry partners, and external users in the use of laboratory equipment and services.
Assist with sample preparation, experimental planning, image acquisition, and data interpretation.
Develop and maintain operating procedures, service records, and technical documentation.
Coordinate preventive maintenance, consumables management, and interactions with vendors.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of microscopy services and laboratory capabilities.
If you have a Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Nanotechnology, Engineering, or a related discipline, with graduate studies preferred, and 1 to 3 years of experience working in laboratories, fabrication, manufacturing, or related fields, we want to hear from you.Experience with scientific instrumentation is desirable. We are also looking for candidates with organizational skills, a service-oriented mindset, analytical and critical-thinking skills, and English proficiency (minimum B2 level). We are looking for you
