Job Description - NAM Reporting Finance Sr. Analyst (009EDD)

Be part of financial transformation initiatives and provide valuable insights to the organization. The main responsibilities include leading the financial transition, providing standardized and simplified reporting, consolidation, and project analysis for North America. The ideal candidate will have strong project accounting, business partnering skills, and will collaborate on financial transformation projects to build the FP&A organization of the future.

Responsibilities:

  • Standardize reporting to improve communication efficiency with stakeholders.
  • Lead financial transformation efforts.
  • Enhance efficiency and effectiveness through process and tool standardization and simplification across the region.
  • Create project dashboards and provide business performance commentary.
  • Collaborate and build relationships with the North America team.
  • Develop ad-hoc financial reports.
  • Drive financial transformation projects for the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Over 1 year of experience in consulting, accounting, or financial planning and reporting.
  • Knowledge of financial modeling principles and practices.
  • Strong accounting skills; project accounting experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency with multiple systems and digital tools.
  • Strong financial, accounting, and analytical skills with proven business acumen.
  • Moderate to advanced PC skills, especially in MS Excel, Tableau, PowerPoint, HFM, SAP, and SQL, with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems.
  • Superior Excel skills, including charting and handling large data volumes for managerial insights.
  • Ability to influence others within and outside reporting lines.
  • Detail-oriented and experienced in project management.
  • Effective communication skills across organizational levels, verbal and written, with the ability to build partnerships.
  • Strong prioritization skills, self-motivated, and resilient in high-pressure environments.
