Ford México is seeking a tenacious N-Tier Value Stream Specialist to drive visibility, resilience, and risk mitigation in the global supply chain. You will map multi-tier value streams, identify concentrations, and lead cross-functional teams to prevent disruptions.

The role requires 5+ years in supply chain or related fields, fluency in English and Spanish, and a track record of fast, decisive execution in a high-pressure environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 5+ years in supply chain operations or value stream management.
• 3+ years in N-Tier mapping or sub-supplier management.
• Experience leading cross-functional risk mitigation projects with speed and execution.

Responsabilités

• Map multi-tier value streams for critical commodities and materials.
• Identify high-risk concentrations and monitor TTR/TTS metrics.
• Lead cross-functional Tiger Teams to validate substitutes or re-shore.
• Drive risk mitigation from analysis to action to reduce single points of failure.
