Sanmina busca un Ingeniero/a de Calidad para monitorear y auditar la calidad de bienes manufacturados en diversos procesos. El rol se centra en identificar causas de defectos, implementar soluciones y liderar mejoras continuas en materiales, sistemas mecánicos y eléctricos.

Se requiere experiencia de 5+ años en Calidad/LSS/QMS, título en ingeniería eléctrica/electrónica/IT y un alto nivel de inglés. Se valoran certificaciones ISO/TS/IATF y experiencia en lectura de esquemas y especificaciones

Formación

• 5+ años de experiencia en Calidad / LSS / QMS (certificaciones es un plus).
• Título en Ingeniería Eléctrica/Electrónica/IT (maestría deseable).
• Nivel de inglés 80% o superior.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar equipos interdepartamentales para mejora continua de calidad.
• Investigar y documentar hallazgos en líneas de producción.
• Establecer criterios de calidad para inspección de producto terminado y subensambles.
• Monitorear procesos de nuevos productos.
• Dar soporte a acciones preventivas y correctivas.
• Mantener y actualizar Controles/ PFMEA de procesos.
• Apoyar auditorías y el sistema de calidad.
• Gestionar acciones derivadas de quejas de clientes (DOA).
• Coordinar problemas de material con proveedores internos o externos.

Job Description

Quality Engineer monitor and audit the quality of all manufactured goods in a variety of process steps. They work to not only finding defects, but also to find the cause of the defect and develop a solution. The quality engineer monitors, tests and inspects products to make sure they meet specified standards. They are responsible of the continuous improvement of the materials, mechanical and electrical systems.

Quality Engineer monitor and audit the quality of all manufactured goods in a variety of process steps. They work to not only finding defects, but also to find the cause of the defect and develop a solution. The quality engineer monitors, tests and inspects products to make sure they meet specified standards. They are responsible of the continuous improvement of the materials, mechanical and electrical systems.

Tasks

• Lead interdepartmental teams in order to focus them on quality continuous improvement, providing them with concrete solutions.
• Investigate and document the findings in the production lines.
• Establish quality criteria for the finished product inspection, subassemblies, rework, processes and documents.
• Monitor and validate the processes of new products.
• Document and follow up to material issues with internal or internal suppliers.
• Participate in the solution of preventive and corrective actions of products and processes.
• Support and Assist on the findings related to the quality auditor’s surveillance audits. .
• Support the quality system.
• Follow up and provide permanent solutions to the corrective actions from customer complaints (DOA)
• Coordinate the purge process of the different materials with supplier’s problems.
• Keep Control Plans up to date
• Participate on PFMEA up dates frequently.

Experience

5+ Years of experience in Quality / LSS / QMS (Standards certification is a plus)

Electrical/Electronic/IT Engineering degree (Master is a plus)

80% English

Experience on interpretation of schematics, mechanical or optical outlines.

Experience on ISO/TS/IATF 16949 standards.

Experience on IPC standards.

Focused and good at building up customer presentations.

Product Engineers addresses and drives product knowledge for analysis and understanding of the electrical, mechanical, optical or environmental design of the product and its interaction with the expected product performance. He is responsible of providing technical guidance of the preparation of BOM and problem resolution of the product critical and non-critical characteristics.

Experience

5+ Years of experience in electrical /electronic failure analysis (RF is a plus)

Electrical/Electronic Engineering degree (Master is a plus)

80% English

Experience on interpretation of schematics, mechanical or optical outlines.

Focused and good at building up customer presentations.

Tasks

1 . Review of the product engineering designs and provide technical assistance when required.

• Monitor the quality reliability processes of the product.
• Participate in the solution of preventive and corrective actions of products and processes.
• Support the quality system.
• Follow up and provide permanent solutions to the corrective actions from customer complaints (DOA)
• Participate on PFMEA up dates frequently
• Participate on DFMEA workshops
• Specialists on BOM structure
• Update and participate on product reviews for NPI.
• Analysis of risks when deviations or alternate process or parts are required.
