Accenture is hiring a MW Messaging Engineer / Exchange Administrator with 10–15 years of experience to support enterprise messaging environments and Microsoft 365 solutions. The role focuses on Modern Work, Identity, and Security, delivering workshops and leading service migrations and modernization efforts.

The candidate will troubleshoot complex issues, assess platform health, and create remediation plans. Advanced English and customer-facing consulting experience are required.

Hiring: MW Messaging Engineer / Exchange Administrator (10-15 Years Experience)

We are looking for an experienced MW Messaging Engineer / Exchange Administrator with 10-15 years of experience supporting enterprise messaging environments and Microsoft 365 solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor across Modern Work, Identity, and Security.
• Deliver technical workshops, knowledge-transfer sessions, and customer-enablement activities.
• Assess platform health, configuration, performance, resiliency, security posture, and operational readiness.
• Troubleshoot complex messaging and identity-related issues through telemetry, diagnostics, and log analysis.
• Create remediation plans based on technical findings and business impact.
• Support migrations, deployments, modernization initiatives, adoption activities, and service lifecycle management.

Mandatory Qualifications

10-15 years of experience in messaging, Microsoft infrastructure, or related technologies.

Advanced English communication skills.

Experience in consulting or customer-facing technical roles.

Proven ability to facilitate workshops, technical training, and knowledge-transfer sessions.

Experience working with Microsoft administration tools.
