• Act as a trusted advisor across Azure Infrastructure, Identity, and Security.
• Lead technical workshops, knowledge transfer sessions, and customer enablement activities.
• Assess platform health, configuration, performance, resiliency, operational readiness, and security posture.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues using monitoring, telemetry, diagnostics, and log analysis.
• Develop remediation and optimization plans aligned with business and technical objectives.
• Support cloud migrations, deployments, modernization initiatives, adoption programs, and ongoing service lifecycle activities.
