Jobtailor is seeking a mid-level designer to lead cross-channel creative across digital, print, social, and events. You will craft concepts, layouts, and final assets, ensuring production-ready files and accurate color management for diverse media.

The role requires strong typography, layout skills, and proficiency in Adobe CC and Figma, with experience in AI-enabled workflows and video content. Join a collaborative team delivering on-brand visuals across campaigns.

Formación

• 3+ years of professional design experience in an agency, in-house creative, marketing, or similar environment.
• Portfolio demonstrating multidisciplinary work across digital, print, social, and video.
• Strong conceptual and visual design skills.
• Solid foundation in typography, composition, layout, color, imagery, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Proficiency in Figma and Celtra.
• Experience producing print, digital, OOH, trade show, and event creative.
• Strong understanding of color theory, production specifications, file preparation, and physical and digital formats.

Responsabilidades

• Take creative direction and develop concepts, visual directions, layouts, and design explorations.
• Create and adapt creative across digital, print, paid media, social, OOH, trade shows, events, and other marketing channels.
• Produce and prepare final digital and print assets for launch or vendor delivery.
• Ensure files are accurate, production-ready, and meet technical specifications.
• Apply color theory and production knowledge to digital, print, and large-format applications.
• Develop creative for OOH, environmental graphics, trade shows, events, signage, and displays.
• Create and edit video, motion, and imagery, including animation, retouching, compositing, color correction, and image enhancement.
• Use generative AI and AI-powered tools to explore concepts, create and enhance assets, and accelerate creative workflows.
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Designers, Copywriters, Marketers, vendors, and production partners from concept through final delivery.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while delivering polished, on-brand work.
