About You: You are a designer at heart. You specialize either in motion graphics or you are a strong visual designer with some experience with motion design. You live and breathe eye-catching, arresting design, photography, typography and visual communication.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Has strength in 2D/3D motion graphics, creative technology, and/or concept development
- Understands ad performance and how to iterate based on data metrics and insights (KPIs)
- Proactively implements performance learnings into creative development process
