Amazon is seeking a dedicated Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to join our mission of creating the world's safest work environment. You will lead safety initiatives, implement the Global WHS Program, and partner with Operations leadership to balance safety with productivity.

You will conduct risk assessments, analyze safety data, and drive continuous improvements while managing the first aid program and emergency response. Travel 50–70% and shift flexibility are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management, or 2+ years of Amazon Safety (blue badge/FTE) experience

Responsabilidades

• Lead our Global WHS Program implementation and act as site safety champion.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyze safety data to drive improvements.
• Implement practical safety solutions that protect associates while supporting productivity.
• Lead safety compliance, site audits, and incident trend analyses to target improvements.
• Manage first aid program and emergency response capabilities and training.

Educación

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
