Grainger México is seeking a Senior Manager for Inventory Planning and SPM who will lead a 20+ member team across multiple supply chain functions. You will drive inventory availability, excess reduction, and governance for over 2B MXN spend while supporting ~$4B MXN in sales across 18 locations.

You will shape strategic and operational plans, build robust reporting, and partner with senior leaders to deliver results in a dynamic MRO environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business or engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Process Improvement, Operations, Change Management or related.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strategic end-to-end thinking.
• Ability to build relationships across leadership and diverse teams.
• Strong presentation and communication skills across levels.
• Experience with complex processes, data landscapes, and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a 20+ member team across multiple Supply Chain functions.
• Drive performance through hiring, development, feedback, and corrective actions.
• Build and execute short- and long-term inventory plans to ensure availability and minimize excess.
• Oversee significant purchasing and supplier activity to support sales and inventory targets.
• Develop reporting and analytics to improve visibility into GMEX performance.
• Lead crossfunctional projects requiring advanced analysis and collaboration.
