Este rol incluye la gestión de proveedores, negociación de contratos y colaboración interdepartamental. Se requiere un candidato con experiencia en compras, habilidades de negociación y un alto dominio de Excel y SAP, y la capacidad de trabajar en un entorno dinámico.

Formación

• Experiencia en compras MRO de 3-5 años exigida.
• Dominio de Excel a un nivel alto.
• Conocimiento de sistemas de gestión ISO 9001 y ISO 14001.

Responsabilidades

• Investigar y seleccionar proveedores potenciales para MRO.
• Negociar precios y condiciones de contrato.
• Gestionar pedidos de compra y mantener niveles óptimos de inventario.

Descripción del empleo

The MRO buyer plays a crucial role to ensuring that the materials and services necessary for the maintenance and operation of the plant are available in a timely manner and at the best possible cost.

1.Supplier Research and Selection:

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers.

Conduct market analysis to find the best purchasing options.

2. Contract Negotiation:

Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery conditions.

Ensure contracts comply with company policies.

3. Inventory Management:

Monitor and maintain optimal MRO inventory levels.

Coordinate with the warehouse department to ensure material availability.

4. Purchase Order Processing:

Create and manage purchase orders.

Ensure the correct receipt and verification of acquired materials.

5. Interdepartmental Collaboration:

·Work with other departments such as production, maintenance, and finance.

Ensure MRO needs align with company objectives.

6. Cost Control:

Analyze and control acquisition costs.

Continuously seek opportunities for savings and efficiency.

7. Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure all purchases comply with applicable regulations and standards.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.

8. Supplier Relationship Management:

Maintain strong and effective relationships with suppliers.

Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise.

1. English proficiency at +85%.
2. High school diploma or Bachelor degree.
3. Work experience in MRO purchasing for 3-5 years.
4. Strong excel skills and knowledge of SAP system, MRO System, E-flow system (desirable)
5. Data Analysis:Courses in data analysis and tools like Excel or advanced analysis software can improve the ability to make informed decisions.
6. Negotiation:Excellent negotiation skills to obtain the best price conditions and contract terms.
7. Communication:Effective communication skills to interact with suppliers and other departments within the company.
8. Data Analysis:Ability to analyze market data and make informed decisions based on that analysis.
9. Time Management:Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, ensuring purchases are made on time and within budget.
10. Problem Resolution:Ability to identify and resolve issues related to the supply of raw materials quickly and efficiently.
11. Attention to Detail:Precision in managing documents, contracts, and inventory records.
12. Innovation:Ability to seek out and adopt new trends and technologies in the purchasing process.
13. ERP Software Experience (SAP, Oracle, Sage, etc.).
14. Management Systems Experience (ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015).Strong excel skills and knowledge of SAP, MRO,E-FLOW system (desirable).
