Job summary

• Ability to work with CAD-related design documents and ERP systems.
• Must be able to manage multiple projects with interruptions and manage time effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to groups.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good customer communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and update priority lists.
• Work on cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement changes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering changes and deviations to support production.
• Lead VA/VE initiatives to implement design changes and process improvements for quality and manufacturability.
• Maintain accurate documentation of engineering changes, troubleshooting, and quality control measures.
• Collaborate with quality and procurement to identify root causes of production motor issues.
• Identify and validate alternative components when parts reach end-of-life.
• Create and implement cost reduction ideas.
• Work with customers to support customer-requested motor modifications in production.
• Support creation of new salable entities using existing products with minor changes.
