Job summary

SimplyPMG is seeking a Loan Processor to own residential mortgage files from post-originations through closing. You will gather and verify documentation, review for compliance, and coordinate with customers, loan officers, and partners to deliver timely closings.

The role requires experience with Encompass, TRID, and Freddie/Fannie guidelines, plus the ability to manage 25+ files and communicate clearly under deadlines. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Knowledge of Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae and FHA/VA guidelines.
• Familiarity with TRID disclosure requirements.
• Experience using Encompass for loan processing.
• Ability to manage 25+ loan files in pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Review new files within 48 hours and verify required documents.
• Maintain a pipeline of 25+ loan files and order necessary documents.
• Verify, review and track documents in Encompass.
• Prepare loans for underwriting submission and clear conditions.
• Ensure closing documents and conditions are accurate and timely.
• Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate with originators.
