Job summary

Panorama Mortgage Group Llc is seeking a diligent Loan Processor to own residential mortgage loan files from post-origination to closing. You will gather and review documentation, ensure compliance, and coordinate with loan officers and partners to maintain a high service level.

Responsibilities include reviewing files within tight timelines, maintaining a healthy pipeline, and using Encompass to verify income, assets, and disclosures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Knowledge of Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae and FHA/VA guidelines.
• Knowledge of federal and state mandated consumer disclosure requirements.
• Familiarity with automated underwriting technology i.e., Fannie Mae Desktop Underwriter and Freddie Mac Loan Prospector.
• Proficient in data entry and management.
• 1–3 years recent loan processing experience in mortgage industry.
• Familiarity with TRID (TILA/RESPA Integrated Disclosure).
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Experience using Encompass.
• Timely communication according to department standards.

Responsibilities

• Review new files within 48 hours of receipt and verify compliance documents are issued.
• Maintain a pipeline of 25 or more loan files.
• Order documents to satisfy AUS, investor and agency requirements.
• Verify and track documents in Encompass.
• Review documents within 24 hours and address discrepancies.
• Use documents to verify income/assets and update Encompass.
• Prepare files for underwriting submission.
• Clear approval or suspense conditions as outlined by underwriter/closer.
• Ensure closing documents are included and reviewed within 24 hours of receipt.
• Process loans to meet purchase contract deadlines and rate lock expirations.
• Submit files to closing upon obtaining CTC – approval milestone.
• Assist other processors, underwriters and closing departments as needed.
• Respond to customer inquiries and related parties.
