A leading company in the industrial sector seeks a skilled Plant Manager for its facility in Monterrey, responsible for overseeing operations and ensuring efficiency across departments. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in management and a solid educational background to guide a diverse team and meet corporate objectives.

Formación

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in manufacturing management, industrial functions, quality, or logistics.
  • 3 to 5 years of management experience.

Responsabilidades

  • Define and fulfill the plant objectives and priorities.

What do you get to do in this position?

  • Be responsible for Production, Logistics, Methods & Maintenance, Technical Antenna functions, (Finance, Human Resources).
  • Define and fulfill the plant objectives and priorities.
  • Manage plant operations to achieve KPI targets through action plans and regular reviews.
  • Review monthly action plans with department managers.
  • Deploy and challenge SPS & Six Sigma in all areas of the plant.
  • Organize the missions of different departments to anticipate or resolve operational manufacturing issues.
  • Build strong local industrial competencies and ensure targeted turnover levels.
  • Ensure proper focus and implementation of EHS action plans.

Qualifications

This job might be for you if you meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in manufacturing management, industrial functions, quality, or logistics.
  • 3 to 5 years of management experience.
