We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Model Services Manager.

Financial Crime Compliance Advisory roles are accountable for ensuring adequate controls are in place to manage financial crime risk. They provide subject matter expertise for the purpose of setting policy, providing guidance, and advising the businesses and functions on managing financial crime risk. This ensures HSBC's compliance with both global and local laws, rules, and regulations relating to financial crimes.

Responsibilities include:

1. Directly influence the operational effectiveness of the functional/functional unit
2. Coordinate and manage projects; typically working on large, moderately complex projects/assignments.
3. Management responsibility for a team, including people, objective setting, and performance.
4. Support decisions through advice, counsel, or services in area of specialization
5. Be accountable for delivery against prescribed targets, budgets, and resourcing, and responsible for volume, quality, and timeliness of end results
6. Act as the initial point of escalation for team members
7. Adhere to and actively support established policies and procedures in own team.
8. Support change initiatives and embed change initiatives within own team.
