Stellantis NV in Toluca, Mexico, seeks a skilled Materials Handling Specialist with a strong background in safety, quality, and continuous improvement. You will oversee receiving, storage, and supply line activities, coordinating launches to avoid production disruption and driving kaizen initiatives across the plant.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience, a university degree in industrial engineering, and hands-on knowledge of QLIK SENSE, PSAP, SPW, and Stellantis systems.

Formación

• University graduate with a bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in material handling or related field.
• Proficient in QLIK SENSE, PSAP, SPW, and Stellantis systems.
• Spanish native speaker; English proficiency with clear pronunciation.

Specific Functions

1. Strategic
   • Ensure compliance with safety and quality production
   • Ensure compliance with safety guidelines on the use of equipment
   • Develop, implement and promote improvement proposals for each area of materials handling (receipt, storage and supply line) to streamline the supply of materials for daily production through kaizenes
2. Operational
   • Oversee requisitions and projects of material handling area that support the operation of the department
   • Coordinate activities of each launch or deployment to ensure no affect to the production and lessen the impact on operations material handling
   • Analysis of packaging equipment to reduce or eliminate material damage by containerization
3. Resource management
   • Manpower, turn and personal
   • Receipt of transport with productive equipment, departures
   • Coordination for the planning production, parts supply, validation of package

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: Minimum 5 years
• Career: University graduate
• Technical Knowledge (software, courses, etc): QLIK SENSE, PSAP, SPW, STELLANTIS SYSTEMS
• Preferred: Special requirements: Bachelor in industrial engineering
• Postgraduate studies: None specified
• Language: Spanish Native speaker; English No grammatical errors, but pronunciation errors
