Stellantis Toluca plant seeks an experienced materials and operations specialist to oversee the material handling area, drive continuous improvements and ensure safe, efficient production.

The role requires five years of experience, a bachelor in industrial engineering, and proficiency with QLIK SENSE, PSAP, SPW, and Stellantis systems. Fluency in Spanish with strong English communication is preferred.

Formación

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in material handling, logistics or production.
• University graduate; Bachelor in industrial engineering preferred.
• Proficient with QLIK SENSE, PSAP, SPW and Stellantis systems.
• Spanish native; English good communication skills.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination abilities.

Specific Functions

1. Strategic
   • Ensure compliance with safety and quality production
   • Ensure compliance with safety guidelines on the use of equipment
   • Develop, implement and promote improvement proposals for each area of materials handling (receipt, storage and supply line) to streamline the supply of materials for daily production through kaizenes
2. Operational
   • Oversee requisitions and projects of material handling area that support the operation of the department
   • Coordinate activities of each launch or deployment to ensure no affect to the production and lessen the impact on operations material handling
   • Analysis of packaging equipment to reduce or eliminate material damage by containerization
3. Resource management
   • Manpower, turn and personal
   • Receipt of transport with productive equipment, departures
   • Coordination for the planning production, parts supply, validation of package

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: Minimum 5 years
• Career: University graduate
• Technical Knowledge (software, courses, etc): QLIK SENSE, PSAP, SPW, STELLANTIS SYSTEMS
• Preferred: Special requirements: Bachelor in industrial engineering
• Postgraduate studies: None specified
• Language: Spanish Native speaker; English No grammatical errors, but pronunciation errors
