Mid Project Manager at Monks

Monks is seeking a Mid Project Manager to join a special task force responsible for managing the successful delivery of social media assets.

Role & Responsibilities

1. Manage fast-moving digital creative projects on a regional scale.
2. Collaborate with teams from Brazil, Buenos Aires, and Colombia to deliver assets to clients.
3. Liaise between client leads and teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
4. Oversee the process and completion of multiple projects, managing content, creative, copywriting, design, and animation outputs.
5. Balance resources and workload through planning and coordination for timely project delivery.
6. Ensure deadlines are met and flag potential delays early.
7. Brief team members on objectives and keep stakeholders informed of progress.
8. Schedule, track, and prioritize assignments, ensuring the right team members are available.
9. Evaluate completed projects to improve processes and work streams.

Specific Skills Towards Client

1. Work effectively with our key client, ensuring work exceeds expectations.
2. Understand and synthesize briefs, fully grasping client requests.
3. Receive and interpret feedback, communicating it clearly to internal teams and questioning clients when necessary.
4. Understand the client's business context and strategy.
5. Present and defend agency ideas confidently.
6. Engage deeply with the client’s strategic objectives.

Requirements

1. Excellent project management skills with client relationship management experience.
2. 2-3 years of experience in digital advertising or production, adept at handling stress and communication.
3. Exceptional organizational skills, managing projects from start to finish.
4. Ability to manage client and internal expectations.
5. Experience launching digital ad campaigns.
6. Ability to understand spec sheets.
7. Proficient in providing clear project updates and issue descriptions.
8. Strong scoping skills for accurate timing and resource estimation.
9. Knowledge of post-production processes for social media assets.
10. Upper Intermediate English proficiency (spoken and written).
