Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer in Mexico to join a global team delivering advanced applications. You will design, build, and deploy features across React and .NET platforms, and work with RESTful APIs and backend services.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, participate in architecture discussions, and contribute to CI/CD and Agile ceremonies. Remote/hybrid/on-site options are available to fit project needs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• 6+ years of full stack development experience.
• Proven ability to deliver from scratch with minimal onboarding.
• Excellent English communication with business stakeholders.
• Hands-on with React, TS/JS, HTML5/CSS3, C#/.NET.

• Build new modules and functionalities from ground up.
• Enhance and maintain existing apps for performance and reliability.

Your role

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React and .NET technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate is a highly hands‑on engineer capable of developing new applications from scratch and delivering new features and enhancements to existing platforms with minimal supervision or training.

Key Responsabilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications using React and .NET.
• Build new applications, modules, and functionalities from the ground up.
• Enhance and maintain existing applications while ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Participate in architecture discussions and provide recommendations on technology, design patterns, and best practices.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Create responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using modern React practices.
• Participate in solution design, code reviews, troubleshooting, and architecture discussions.
• Support CI/CD, Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and estimations.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of Full Stack development experience.
• Proven experience delivering solutions from scratch independently with minimal onboarding.
• Excellent English communication skills and the ability to interact directly with business stakeholders
• Strong hands‑on experience with:
• React + React Hooks
• TypeScript / JavaScript
• HTML5, CSS3, SCSS
• C# and .NET Core / .NET 6+
• ASP.NET Core Web APIs
• Entity Framework
• SQL Server
• Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Microsoft SQL Server
• Database design and data modeling
• Experience designing databases, optimizing queries, and developing scalable applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure (App Services, Azure SQL, Functions, Storage Accounts).
• Experience with Docker, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, performance optimization, and secure coding practices.
