About the role

Ensure that medicines manufactured at the RB Tlalpan plant meet and maintain the identity, purity, safety, efficacy, and quality requirements for their intended use by managing compliance with GLP for the analysis of finished products, raw materials, primary packaging, and monitoring stability studies. The position has two shifts (8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.) and (2:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.). The person will be available to address any staff needs outside of those hours. In site Monday through Friday.

Location of the role: Mexico City, Tlalpan.

Your responsibilities

• Responsible for reviewing the release analysis programs for raw materials, finished products, plant requirements, and critical systems (water, HVAC).
• Evaluate plant work and adapt it to applicable regulations.

The experience we're looking for

At least 5 years of experience in micro-leadership and personnel management. Experience with critical systems and managing a dedicated microbiology laboratory. Problem-solving, leadership, results-oriented, and ability to work under pressure. Proactive, with strategy and KPI implementation.

Desired Bachelor degree: Chemist Bacteriologist Parasitologist
