Medline Industries, LP in Mexicali, Baja California, is seeking a Professional in Engineering field to lead manufacturing operations as Production Manager. A master’s degree is desirable and at least five years of experience in production management within the medical industry are essential to drive planning, scheduling, and Lean/CI initiatives.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Production Manager
• Engineering field degree with Master’s preferred
• Experience in Medical industry
• Production planning and scheduling
• Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, Root Cause Analysis, Inventory and materials management
• Quality systems and compliance requirements
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis
• Capacity planning
• Workforce planning
• Budget management
• KPI development and reporting
• Safety and environmental compliance

Responsabilidades

• Oversee production planning and scheduling for medical manufacturing.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to quality systems and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, budgets, and capacity planning.
• Plan workforce requirements and manage safety/environmental standards.
