Bosch in San Luis Potosí seeks a skilled manufacturing professional to reduce scrap and optimize production. You will monitor operations, train associates on machines, interpret specs, and initiate corrective actions to ensure quality and on-time output.

Applicants should have a mechanical/industrial engineering background, 5 years in manufacturing, and knowledge of APQP, PFMEA, and control plans. Strong teamwork and adaptability are essential.

Formación

  • Bachelor degree in mechanical & industrial or related.
  • 5 years working experience in manufacturing area.
  • Familiar with APQP, PFMEA, control plan key production control documents.
  • Ability to work in a team oriented environment.
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to adapt to changes.
  • Good communication and interaction skills.

Responsabilidades

  • Reduces scrap and rework rates.
  • Monitors operations, audits parts, and adjusts setups to ensure quality production.
  • Initiates corrective actions if SPC data shows out-of-control conditions.
  • Instructs associates in the proper use and care of machines and measuring instruments.
  • Provides technical support for PFMEA/Control Plan setup and updates.
  • Instructs associates on correct operational sequences and procedures for quality and timely production.
  • Suggests improvements to supervisor to optimize use of skills and production quality.
  • Performs changeovers and setup on machines, fixtures and measurement devices.
  • Reduces setup time and general downtimes.
  • Improves production output and utilization of equipment.
  • Capable of operating and troubleshooting machines and equipment.
  • Interpreting test specifications, parts list, process sheets.
  • Analyzes equipment/machine problems, performs repairs or initiates corrective actions.
  • Performs additional assignments as directed.

Job Description
  • Reduces scrap and rework rates.
  • Monitors operations, audits parts, and when required performs adjustments necessary to maintain proper setup and to ensure quality production.
  • Initiates corrective actions if SPC data shows "out-of-control" conditions.
  • Instruct associates in the proper use and care of machines, tools, and measuring instruments.
  • Provide technical support for P-FMEA/ Control Plan setup and update
  • Instructs associates as to the correct operational sequences and procedures to follow and monitors the work performed to ensure quality and timely production and suggests necessary actions for improvements.
  • Recommends improvements to supervisor to obtain optimum use of individual skills and abilities to assure the most effective utilization of the group and production of quality work pieces.
  • Performs changeovers and setup on machines, fixtures and measurement devices.
  • Reduces setup time and general downtimes.
  • Improves the production output and the utilization of equipment.
  • Must be capable of operating and troubleshooting machines and equipment.
  • Interpreting test specifications, parts list, process sheets, etc.
  • Analyzes equipment/machine problems, performs repairs, or initiates corrective actions if beyond scope of experience.
  • Performs additional assignments as directed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in mechanical & industrial or related
  • 5 years working experience in manufacturing area
  • Be familiar with APQP, PFMEA, control plan key production control documents.
  • The ability to work in a team oriented environment
  • A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and strong work ethic
  • The ability to adapt to changes
  • Must possess good communication and interaction skills.
