Job summary

General Mills is seeking an ESC Associate Sourcing Manager to support the Mexico region, delivering manufacturing solutions, supplier performance management, and cross-functional collaboration across the business. This role partners with US and local teams to execute ESC strategies and drive value for the market.

You will influence sourcing decisions, manage budgets, and lead initiatives that improve efficiency and supplier performance within a multi-country ESC network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Purchasing, Supply Chain or Engineering.
• 3–5 years in Sourcing, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Execute commercial & technical pipeline development and bid strategies.
• Manage performance metrics at ESC sites.
• Identify new product capabilities and searches for launches.
• Implement supplier relationship management with key stakeholders.
• Leverage Source to Pay tools while complying with policies.
• Gather market intelligence and best practices.
• Ensure budget, sourcing process, and standards are maintained.
• Support MMO/PPV reporting and inflation guidance.
• Lead improvement initiatives at critical sites with high value.
