Aurora Energy Research Limited in Mexico City is seeking a Market Lead to build and lead our Mexico City office. You will sit on our senior leadership team, owning the commercial success, strategy, people and culture of Aurora’s growing Mexico market.

Beyond leading advisory, you will build and run our Mexico City office and grow it over the coming years. Applying exemplary leadership, you will inspire, coach and develop a team of analysts and energy modellers, delivering rigorous quantitative

Formación

• 8–12 years of experience in a top-tier strategy or management consultancy or equivalent commercial background.
• Ability to own a market P&L, grow a team and office, and shape culture.
• Strong leadership, coaching and development capabilities.
• Analytical excellence with ability to present clear insights.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and grow the Mexico team and office, setting high standards and culture.
• Scope projects, oversee delivery on time and budget, and ensure high-quality analysis.
• Own commercial leadership, build client relationships, drive proposals and business development.
• Set and execute the Mexico market strategy and local profile.
• Develop local research agenda and raise Aurora’s profile with clients and policymakers.
