Aurora Energy Research is seeking recent graduates or early-career professionals to join our Research team in Mexico City. You will help develop analyses and convey insights to enhance clients’ decision making, engaging with clients and modelling teams to deliver clear recommendations.

Ideal candidates combine technical strength with leadership, perform well in team settings, and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Formación

• 0–2 years of relevant professional experience in energy or consulting
• Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Physics, Engineering or Finance with strong GPA
• Interest in power markets and policy frameworks
• Ability to collect, analyze and interpret complex data
• Evidence of strong performance in team environments
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical parties
• Proficiency in English (C1)
• Spanish fluency (C2)

Responsabilidades

• Develop timely and rigorous quantitative analyses to support client decisions
• Collaborate with modelling team to structure problems and derive insights from models
• Contribute to product development by identifying new opportunities
• Engage with clients to understand requirements and deliver findings
• Communicate findings clearly to clients
