The Customer Service Assistant (CSA) is responsible for performing duties dealing with the day-to-day coordination of freight and truck movement in a particular region. In supporting their regional team, the CSA will have routine customer contact and be able to execute the detailed and administrative work.

Specific Responsibilities includes:

  • Coordinate the movement of cargo and trucks for the assigned client portfolio.
  • Collaborate with regional planning teams to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Maintain constant and effective communication with clients.
  • Execute detailed administrative tasks in an accurate and timely manner.

Our Ideal Candidate will possess:

  • University education with degree.
  • Advanced command of the English language with strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Canadian geography considered to be an asset.
  • Advanced multitasking ability.
  • Problem solving ability.
