Stellantis is seeking a senior VEHE Life Quality leader to own and coordinate serial life quality execution for VEHE across VSSQ, VIMN, and VCDY. You will be the main VEHE focal point for related topics and priorities, and the primary VEHE contact for the Quality Control Tower.

You will drive VEHE engagement in the RACE process, lead cross-functional issue resolution, and collaborate with manufacturing plants and Supplier Quality to ensure containment and corrective actions, governance, and GAS

Formación

• Great written and verbal communication with senior leadership.
• Experience in Engineering, Supplier Quality, or Manufacturing / Plant Quality.
• Strong knowledge of serial life quality and reactivity governance.

Responsabilidades

• Own and coordinate Serial Life Quality execution for VEHE, spanning VSSQ, VIMN, and VCDY.
• Serve as the main VEHE focal point for serial life quality topics and priorities.
• Act as the primary VEHE contact for the Quality Control Tower.
• Lead VEHE engagement in the RACE process, ensuring timely escalation and follow-up.
• Lead cross-functional teams to improve speed and robustness of issue resolution.
• Drive structured problem-solving and read-across across plants and programs.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Plants to support serial life reactivity.
• Partner with Supplier Quality to ensure containment and corrective actions.
• Own and maintain the GAS list.
• Prepare plant-level and vehicle-level summaries for executive reviews.

• Serve as the main VEHE focal point for serial life quality topics and priorities.


• Act as the primary VEHE contact for the Quality Control Tower.


• Lead VEHE engagement in the RACE process, ensuring timely escalation and follow-up.

Control Tower & RACE (VEHE Lead)

• Act as the primary VEHE contact for the Quality Control Tower.


• Lead VEHE engagement in the RACE process, ensuring timely escalation and follow-up.

Cross-Functional Issue Resolution

• Lead cross-functional teams to improve speed and robustness of issue resolution.


• Drive structured problem-solving and read-across across plants and programs.

Plant & Supplier Quality Interface

• Coordinate with Manufacturing Plants to support serial life reactivity.


• Partner with Supplier Quality to ensure containment and corrective actions.

Governance, Reporting & GAS Management

• Own and maintain the GAS list.


• Prepare plant-level and vehicle-level summaries for executive reviews.

Basic Qualifications

• Great Written and Verbal communication with Senior Leadership.


• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.


• 10 years engineering experience


• Experience in Engineering, Supplier Quality, or Manufacturing / Plant Quality.


• Strong knowledge of serial life quality and reactivity governance.


• Key Interfaces


• VEHE (VSSQ, VIMN, VCDY), Quality Control Tower, Manufacturing Plants, Supplier Quality, Vehicle Engineering, Executive Leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree (Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering).


• Black Belt Certification in DFSS or Reactive Problem Solving.
