The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of freelancing experience, strong analytical skills, and a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field. This is a full-time, remote position with a competitive contractor fee of $3,000-$3,300/month (USD).

About This Role:

We're hiring a Digital Marketing Account Manager to lead and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok for a diverse portfolio of clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong client relationships, driving measurable campaign results, and staying ahead of digital marketing trends. You will be the strategic partner for clients, overseeing campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting while ensuring each campaign aligns with client goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and optimize paid social and search strategies across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads.
  • Plan strategic initiatives and lead optimization efforts to meet or exceed client goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance, adjusting budgets, targeting, and creatives based on data insights.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to present strategies, performance results, and recommendations.
  • Create and deliver detailed reports and insights on campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to enhance ad quality and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, algorithm changes, and emerging trends in digital advertising.

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical, reporting, and time management skills.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.

Shift Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM US PST
