Xerox Holdings Corporation is seeking an MES Solution Architect & Manager to lead the strategy, design, and support of MES and manufacturing web applications in a hybrid role. You will oversee a team of MES and Web Developers, guiding build-vs-buy decisions and ensuring scalable, secure solutions.

The role focuses on defining technical roadmaps, balancing cost and speed, and driving digital transformation across manufacturing technology.

Formación

• 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing systems/MES.
• Experience in leading technical teams is required.
• Proven ability to architect solutions and make build-vs-buy decisions.
• Knowledge of cloud services, IIoT, and cybersecurity fundamentals is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the MES/web data-collection applications' technical roadmap.
• Lead portfolio and manage internal and external development resources.
• Establish governance, security policies, and compliance for manufacturing apps.
• Lead high-priority projects as an individual contributor.
• Build and mentor MES and Web Developer team.
