Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Sr MES Engineer to design, develop, and maintain MES applications supporting manufacturing operations and regulatory compliance.

You will develop MES modules on the Rockwell FTPC platform, implement Java-based workflows, and optimize SQL data queries for reporting and analytics. Collaboration across manufacturing, quality, and IT is essential in a hybrid Querétaro setup.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of MES development experience, preferably with Rockwell FTPC.
• Proficiency in Java and SQL database development.
• Experience in regulated environments (MedTech/Pharma) is a plus.

Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled MES Developer to contribute designing, developing, and maintaining MES applications that support manufacturing operations and regulatory compliance with a top Client in the MedTech Industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain MES applications using Rockwell FTPC platform.
• Design and implement custom modules and workflows using Java.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.- Integrate MES with ERP, SCADA, and other enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and IT.
• Ensure system compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and GxP standards.- Troubleshoot and resolve MES-related issues in a timely manner.
• Document technical specifications, configurations, and validation protocols.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.y
• 3+ years of experience in MES development, preferably with Rockwell FTPC.
• Proficiency in Java programming and SQL database development.
• Experience in manufacturing or regulated environments (e.g., MedTech, Pharma).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Nice-to-have (Extra) Skills

• Familiarity with ISA-95 architecture and manufacturing data standards.
• Experience with system validation and electronic records/electronic signatures (ER/ES).
• Knowledge of OPC, MQTT, or other industrial communication protocols.
• Certifications in Rockwell Automation or Java technologies
