1. Support the specification, validation, and release of new production equipment for the Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
2. Support the specification, validation, and release of new production traceability data to meet external/internal customer requirements.
3. Ensure high availability of the MES system.
4. Analyze MES system failures to identify root causes and provide accurate solutions.
5. Ensure manufacturing process compliance with engineering principles, customer requirements, Bosch standards, and process specifications.
6. Document MES system changes.
7. Train and instruct production personnel regarding the MES system.
8. Train and instruct junior colleagues regarding the MES system.
9. Participate actively in continuous improvement projects and cost reduction activities related to the MES system.
10. Contribute to the creation/update of PFMEA for new projects and process changes related to the MES system.
11. Know and apply the escalation system.
12. Customize/modify MES configurations in Nexeed applications or services.
13. Install, maintain, and update all MES hardware and software platforms, considering production volume variations and new project introductions to minimize risks and downtime.
14. Generate database reports as required and perform regular backups.
15. Possess strong technical knowledge to monitor and troubleshoot issues related to MES servers, operating systems, applications, and databases.
16. Create queries to generate database reports and manage data archiving and historical data administration.
17. Share troubleshooting and implementation lessons learned with the Business Division.
18. Keep the MES system updated with the latest versions.
19. Implement new technological solutions to enhance information availability.
