Job summary

Integer seeks a MES Support Specialist to sustain manufacturing execution systems in a regulated environment. You will maintain MES configurations, support electronic manufacturing instructions, and enable accurate production data and traceability on the shop floor.

The role involves collaborating with Operations, Quality, and IT to implement changes, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement in MES processes and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or IT/IS or 1-3 years of related work experience.
• Experience with business processes and GMP/ISO environments beneficial.
• Experience in medical device manufacturing advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing MES support to maintain configurations and records.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and IT to meet business needs.
• Build and maintain MES configurations, perform changes, testing, and releases.
• Document updates to ensure traceability and compliance with quality systems.
• Support training, trouble-shoot live configurations, and improve processes.
• Coordinate testing, problem-solving, and ensure proper change control.
