Job summary

Integer seeks an MES Specialist to provide ongoing business-as-usual support for the Manufacturing Execution System. You will maintain configurations, support electronic work instructions, and enable accurate production data and traceability.

You will collaborate with Operations, Quality, Engineering, IT, and other stakeholders to assess change requests, develop sustainable MES solutions, and ensure compliance within a GMP environment. Training and on-site support are expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or IT/IS; 1-3 years experience allowed in lieu of degree.
Experience with business process management software is beneficial.
Experience in Medical Device Manufacturing (ISO 13485) is beneficial.
Demonstrated troubleshooting and system support experience is beneficial.
MES training will be provided for the successful candidate.
Flexibility to work outside standard business hours to support production.

Responsibilities

Provide ongoing BAU support for the MES to sustain reliable, compliant manufacturing operations.
Maintain MES configurations, support electronic manufacturing instructions and records, and ensure traceability.
Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Engineering, IT, and other stakeholders to gather needs and assess changes.
Build and maintain MES product and process configurations; execute testing and controlled releases.
Troubleshoot live MES configurations and ensure changes are documented and aligned with change-control requirements.
Support manufacturing readiness reviews and be a key on-site MES user supporting Operations.
