Align Technology, Inc. is seeking a MES Administrator to support IT with testing, system analysis, and reliability improvements for the MES platform at our Juarez facility.

The role requires 3–5 years in a similar position, strong Windows and Linux knowledge, and familiarity with MES/SAP environments. You will collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to ensure smooth operation and timely delivery of objectives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and related technologies.
• Experience in Windows server administration and LAN support.
• Knowledge of Linux.
• Knowledge of MES, SAP, or similar manufacturing systems.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem identification tools.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluates Engineering specifications and develops test case plans to verify the proper functionality of the MES system.
• Maintains close communication with system users to understand their needs and propose solutions that ensure system reliability.
• Supports automation processes by performing data verification testing to ensure the reliability of manufacturing processes.
• Works closely with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to identify potential risks in system operation.
• Ensures the effective achievement of assigned group objectives and deadlines.
• Complies with all safety policies, practices, and procedures.
• Reports all unsafe conditions and/or acts to their supervisor or the Human Resources Department.
• Actively participates in group efforts to achieve departmental and company objectives.Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Description

Implement system testing to improve system performance through test design, test matrix development, test execution, and error analysis, ensuring software efficiency.
Provide recommendations for software improvements prior to implementation.
