An experienced consulting professional with broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes, or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to deliver quality work products for an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties requiring independent judgment to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

Career Level - IC3

Demonstrates expertise in delivering functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May lead solution design and implementation, ensuring high-quality, integrated software solutions within time and budget constraints. May act as team lead, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to team members. Effectively consults with customer management and participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
