Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing Coordinator to analyze installations and ensure compliance with project specs and Mexican norms. The role involves reporting, contractor supervision, and daily site monitoring for MEP works.

Requires 10+ years in project management with 5+ years coordinating MEP design/construction on industrial/data center projects. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.

Qualifications

• Ten years in project management with 5+ years coordinating MEP design and construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience with Electric, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection and Automation Systems.
• Commissioning experience required; LEED a plus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; capable of leading client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Analyze electromechanical and special installations to verify compliance with specs and Mexican norms.
• Elaborate and control reports; monitor contractor craftsmen and suggest improvements.
• Lead day-to-day site monitoring for MEP works; coordinate with project team.
• Prepare and present reports; attend weekly project meetings.
