Johnson & Johnson is seeking a LINE COORDINATOR in Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico, to provide direct support to manufacturing production lines and ensure compliance with Quality System, EHS, and company policies. The role focuses on scheduling, line balancing, and efficient use of resources.

The position involves maintaining line uptime, coordinating with maintenance for setup and calibration, and reporting quality issues to drive improvements.

Formación

• Must have experience with administrative support in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Familiarity with agile manufacturing and assembly operations is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong execution focus and ability to follow processes.
• Experience with GMP and quality systems is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule production lines based on supply and demand requirements.
• Ensure efficient use of equipment and materials to optimize performance.
• Assist supervisor to meet production schedules and maintain line running.
• Verify machinery setup with maintenance and calibrate as required.
• Report quality issues and equipment malfunctions promptly for resolution.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations per procedures.
• Distribute staff at shift start based on line balancing and production needs.
• Record production metrics and maintain Kanban and storage areas.
• Support safety and industrial hygiene objectives of the plant.
