Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, is seeking a Line Coordinator I to support the Manufacturing Supervisor by coordinating line activities and ensuring a steady flow of components while maintaining quality and safety standards. You will monitor line performance and collaborate across teams to keep production on schedule.

Under supervision, you will schedule production, balance line workloads, verify setup, and help train personnel.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent is required.
• 0-2 years of experience as an assembly operator in manufacturing, preferably in the medical industry.
• Basic knowledge of statistics, mathematics, and statistical process control (SPC).
• Good communication skills to interface between manufacturing, engineering, materials management and quality control.

Responsabilités

• Schedule the production line based on supply requirements and demands.
• Utilize equipment and materials efficiently to optimize performance.
• Assist the supervisor to ensure production plans are met.
• Maintain continuous line flow by ensuring component, supply and tooling readiness.
• Verify machine set-ups with maintenance technicians.
