We are seeking a creative and organized professional to join our medical team as a Marketing and Social Media Assistant. The ideal candidate has experience creating content for social media platforms, managing patient outreach campaigns, and designing marketing materials using tools like Canva. This role supports medical staff by enhancing patient engagement, promoting services, and ensuring communications comply with HIPAA regulations.

By proactively managing marketing and outreach efforts, this position helps increase patient engagement and maintains compliance, saving time for clinical and administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and schedule social media posts for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Assist in patient outreach campaigns and newsletters.
  • Design marketing materials using Canva or similar design tools.
  • Maintain and update patient communication and marketing records in EHR or CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure messaging aligns with HIPAA and privacy regulations.
  • Monitor and report on social media engagement and marketing campaign performance.
  • Support legal and compliance review of marketing content when necessary.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in marketing, social media management, or healthcare communication.
  • Familiarity with Canva, social media platforms, and content scheduling tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality in communications.
