• At least 3 years in a similar Medical Manager role.
• Experience in neurology or psychiatry is highly desirable.

Location: Mexico City, #LI-Hybrid

About the Role

Major accountabilities:

1. Respond to medical enquiries promptly and accurately, establishing standard response documents for common questions.
2. Contribute medical/scientific input to clinical trial and research activities, including initiation and oversight within the therapeutic area.
3. Support country strategies for Non-Interventional Studies and Investigator Initiated Trials.
4. Review and approve medical and promotional materials, ensuring they are tailored to local needs and compliant with guidelines.
5. Provide medical insights to cross-functional teams such as Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access, QA, and Commercial teams.
6. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks within responsibilities, implementing internal controls.
7. Report adverse events and technical complaints related to Novartis products within 24 hours.

Key performance indicators:

• Adherence to Ethics & Compliance policies
• Achievement of annual medical activity targets

Work Experience:

• At least 3 years in a similar Medical Manager role within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in neurology or psychiatry is highly desirable.
