Medical Counsel (Doctor) - (Remote)

We are seeking highly motivated, hardworking Doctors that will assist in the diagnosis and treatment of clients/patients that have been injured in traumatic accidents.

This job requires emotional intelligence to help clients with severe injuries; we work to keep them happy and help them along the recovery path. You will receive paid training to sit in on lectures and seminars. We believe that investing in our team is the best investment.

The Medical Counsel - Doctor is responsible for:

• Medical assessments
• Treatment planning
• Treatment monitoring
• Review medical records
• Create medical summaries
• Assess and develop care plans while consulting with other healthcare physicians and health practitioners

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine (with specialization in Anesthesiology, Pain Specialists, and Physiatrist)
• Minimum of 5 years of post-specialization experience in clinical practice or medical consulting.
• Strong command of the English (C1) and Spanish language and excellent writing skills
• Medical Case Analysis & Documentation: Must be skilled in interpreting diagnostic imaging, medical records, and injury assessment
• Attention to Detail: Ability to meticulously analyze medical reports for consistency, accuracy, and alignment with injury claims.
• Capable of working independently and as a team member, can efficiently collaborate with teams
• Ability to conduct research
• Capable of thinking outside the box and identifying possible case strategies
• Motivated to learn subjects related and non-related to medicine
• Qualified candidates will have excellent communication skills, exceptional administrative and organizational skills, great instincts, and outstanding time management skills.
